Healthcare

Plans are in place for a new health care system within the country of China including initial hospital facilities located in the cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chengdu, and Hainan.  The system is a new joint venture with Atlantic International Group and its partner Medica-Pacific International.  A prototype system will be setup as an operationally and clinically integrated network eventually comprising five 300-bed tertiary care hospitals with contiguous medical office, medical clinic, medical hotel, skilled nursing facility, assisted living facility, and staff condominium facilities.

Each of the respective communities will have a similar campus complex designed around the “medical mall” concept including a designated “medical specialty” unit.  There will also be a general medical / surgical hospital with a specialty component of cancer diagnosis and treatment.  The campuses will be organized and technologically networked with 30-60 clinics and hospitals throughout China for purposes of service, referral, and training.

The China Medical Park will be unique in Eastern Asia, because of its comprehensive nature as a full service healthcare system network. Our mission is to create a model healthcare system that will provide benchmark quality family centered patient care through the application of science, technology and management. The plan is to develop a world-class tertiary medical network serving China and the Pacific Rim through a collaborative process of integrating the many disparate medical components into a coordinated and seamless action-oriented plan.

Working with our strategic and joint venture partners, our healthcare system will have its own unique technology and strategy to establish a pharmaceutical sales program for the distribution of domestic and international manufactured drugs within China. This plan will provide an immediate revenue stream as well as medical networking channels in the regions.

The new healthcare system will provide facilities and care for master-planned senior living communities and new city developments. We are working with experienced international operators, insurance companies and investment firms to put together comprehensive senior living solutions for senior living developers as well as state and local government agencies.
