Equity Exchange

In 2008, Atlantic International Group founded Asia America Equity Exchange (AAEE) in partnership with the China Beijing Equity Exchange (CBEX) to facilitate equity transactions between China and the Americas.

CBEX is a State-owned agency authorized by the Beijing Municipal Government and is the largest Equity Exchange platform in China.

AAEE is the exclusive partner of CBEX for North, Central, and South America and the Caribbean regions.  AAEE exclusively represents CBEX’s listings to international companies and investors in these territories. All AAEE listings are presented on the CBEX Exchange, and are promoted to its vast database of institutional investors and state-owned enterprises, as well as to its media channels that cover major financial news events occurring throughout Asia. Listing promotions from CBEX are published in Chinese newspapers, magazines, TV networks and other media outlets.

This relationship has enabled AAEE to build a vast network across Asia, and to closely align it with the regions it serves in the West. AAEE Members enjoy a unique opportunity to receive global intelligence through this expansive network, ensuring optimal growth and value-added solutions to meet and exceed their business development goals.

AAEE draws its members from investment banks, brokerage firms, consulting companies, private investors, and professional service providers. Depending upon membership classification, members are provided varying levels of access to the AAEE platform.
