Matthew Cooper possesses a strong understanding in international trade. While managing operations at Selected Brands, he gained a firm knowledge of international trade procedures and regulations of the beverage industry. Mr. Cooper is also passionate about real estate investments. At Keystone Capital Group, he managed a marketing and sales support team to convert one hotel into many luxury condominiums in Gainesville, FL.
In addition to managing his own portfolio of real estate investments, he played a key role in the development of marketing materials for Marcus and Milichap’s affordable housing division in Fort Lauderdale, FL. In November 2010, he was hired by Happy English Inc. to formulate and implement a business plan to develop a chain of English learning centers in Beijing, China. His experience working abroad has enabled him to gain a strong awareness and understanding of business practices in China.
He received his B.A. in Business Administration as well as a Minor in Cultural Communications at the University of Florida at Gainesville. In addition, he studied Chinese Language at the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics in Chengdu, China.
