Mrs. Hakimi possesses a comprehensive knowledge of analyzing and interpreting complex financial and development information to provide support to Project Development Department in providing constructability review for upcoming projects. She was instrumental in the establishment of the Project Research Department for BridgePoint Ventures. She was responsible for researching, organizing and implementing analytical process for numerous projects exceeding $500M.
She is also the President of Maxx Technologies where she oversees the Project Research Department for large commercial developments in US and abroad.
